The position completes duties that may include maintenance and repairs of electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), carpentry, painting, custodial, grounds upkeep, and other building systems.

The Resident Life Lead oversees the ministry of caring for resident students who choose to live on-campus. The position supervises Resident Life Assistants and provides a safe living and social environment for each individual student and as a corporate group.
